Our Triple R Cottages consist of eight separate cottages located on Mary Lake Road at the base of Mount Prospect. A choice of one, two and three bedrooms are available, with the largest sleeping eight people. Guests have access to a seasonal pool and spa, both of which are great.

Choose from 16 different cabins and cottages at Lazy R Cottages. From one-room, two- and three-room buildings – everyone will find something for themselves. Each house is decorated in the unique style of a mountain lodge with large windows offering views of the mountains. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as deer and elk as they visit the grounds.

Timber Creek Chalets has 15 different rooms and chalets located on Fall River Road. Choose from a selection of one, two and three bedrooms, the largest sleeping eight. Guests have access to a pool and spa, both of which are convenient for guests. Enjoy beautiful views and hiking trails from the doorstep.

At Sunnyside Knoll, guests can choose from standard suites, luxurious spa suites or private private cabins. The property includes 18 different rooms and bathrooms, mostly one and two bedrooms. Each house is uniquely decorated in the style of a mountain lodge, with large windows offering views of the mountains, and most of them have private hot tubs. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as elk and deer as they frequent the grounds.

Located in Lake Estes, the park offers pet owners a beautiful view of the nearby mountains and lake, and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. The park is divided into two main areas with many opportunities to dig and bring agility equipment.

Note: There is a $15 fee per dog per night for more than two dogs. Dogs are accepted as separate groups by prior arrangement. No other pets are allowed.
