Dog Friendly Cottages, Lodges & Apartments

Daisy and I started the morning with a fun run and game in the park’s dog gym. Here we can run around and enjoy wonderful views of the beach. We had fun burning off some energy ready for a quick rest and drink back at the Motorhome before heading to the park store where our host picked up breakfast cookies and delicious dog treats! After breakfast we started to feel restless so after tea we headed down to Eype Beach for a little picnic and a day of swimming and diving in the cliff below Thorncombe Beacon. It took me a while to work up the courage to go swimming, but Daisy jumped right into the gravel! It was nice to cool down and swim after chasing a ball on the beach, which we almost had to do ourselves!

After the picnic, we walked up the hill to the park and took a quick dog shower to wash off the sand and salt water. After a long nap, it’s time to go to Martini Bar & Restaurant. It’s great that so many places are dog-friendly, so Daisy and I can relax in a warm environment with our owners and meet other puppies. We made a quick stop at one of the water bowls before enjoying food from the bar and several items on the dog menu, including some delicious dog ice cream! As good as our food was, our owner’s burgers and steaks looked amazing! A short walk back to the Motorhome and it’s time for bed before we say goodbye to the park rangers Jack and Matthew! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and we met many dog lovers. Tomorrow we will be in your area! Our owner used it
