It is an ideal base for exploring Budd, Kilcompton, Morwenstow and the South West Coast Path. The area is family friendly, with many facilities nearby, as well as dog friendly facilities Dogs are welcome in selected caravans at Hedley Wood and must be kept on site (apart from a dog area.) We met all kinds of dogs during our stay and they were all incredibly friendly.

We were invited to stay in a luxury caravan at Hedley Wood Holiday Park. They sleep up to 6 people and welcome 2 dogs. I had never been in a static caravan before and was happy, but how spacious it was inside If you have a caravan or motorhome, Hedley Cod also offer a range of in-suite touring pitches. You can even pitch your own tent if you want!

Luxurious caravans have an open living/dining room, kitchen with fridge, kettle, toaster and stove and 2-3 beds at the back. The master bedroom is en-suite and there is also a family bathroom. I was really impressed with the power of the shower, it was miles better than what I have at home!
