Or send us your favorite photo of your dog two months before your visit and we will prepare the original digital photo for your visit, as well as hats, t-shirts – whatever you want. Should our dogs receive treatment for worms, parvo, distemper, fleas and worms?
We ask for the safety and comfort of your pet when you are away. We can provide information on local dog grooming and grooming services. If your dogs are with Winnie and George, we can look after you – just give us a call.
Both the garden and the entrance are well maintained. The back of the house faces the creek, the deck area is fenced and there is a wall at the bottom of the garden, but if your dog is small, big and/or loves to jump, check us out. We can discuss your specific needs.

There are many dog-friendly beaches, including Poppit Sands, which are suitable for people and dogs to swim (please check tides, weather and local beach information).
Due to the presence of our guests, we ask that dogs stay on the bed. However, we understand that some dogs like cozy places to curl up on the bed, so we recommend a large dog blanket that asks you to cover everything the dog thinks about.

Many of Carmarthenshire’s beaches are friendly all year round. From October 1 to April 30, your dog can walk on these beaches, and during the summer months, many beaches offer dog-friendly areas that are often well known. If you are unsure, you can always check your local guidelines here.
If you enjoy walking through the forest, check out Brehfa Forest, please keep your dogs on a lead if necessary and obey the village code. You will find many walking paths throughout the forest, or you can go for a walk in Pembria Country Park.

When it comes to local attractions, you’ll be surprised how welcome you and your pooch will be. Try taking a steam train on the Gwilliam Railway or visit the National Botanic Gardens of Wales where you can join the vine owners in the great glass and wonderful gardens. In August, you can visit your dog every Monday and Friday. If history is your thing, explore Dinefwr Park and Carreg Castle or Castle.

Wear a jacket, it can be a wet and cold ride. That way, you can make the most of your day and not rush to dry off if you experience an unusual shower.
Make sure you pack their favorite toys or balls, dogs have a strong smell and may not want to play with other dogs’ balls that may have been given or left by previous guests. Learning their balls so they don’t feel awkward.
Make sure you bring water and a suitable container when you go out.
